My wife Gaye and I met while we were in college. We dated and married and built a life together. Then a cancer diagnosis threatened our world.
This blog is meant not only as the chronicle of our journey—to process as much as to survive—but also as a message of hope to everyone who faces breast cancer, firsthand or through supporting a breast cancer warrior. Our commitment is to candidly tell our story so others will know that they are not alone.
This started on another platform under another name. Blogger represents a new, less punitive start. What has not changed is our commitment to hope, our desire for community, and some really questionable spelling/grammar choices.
Over the days and weeks to come, I will be migrating our story to this platform. I look forward to meeting new warriors, survivors, and support crew. This is the place for all who strive to boldly live beyond breast cancer.
Stay positive. Stay Strong.
